A monthly advance is a fixed amount paid to a lawn care landscaping company. Services are set in the agreement to be the same every month, which is common for lawns in areas of the southern United States that receive active sunshine year-round. Lawn maintenance is carried out weekly for the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October and every two weeks / as needed for the months of March, November and December. Your regular day of service will be scheduled by the head of the lawn maintenance department. We maintain a regular weekday service schedule, but Winkler`s Lawn Care & Landscape, LLC reserves the right to adjust your day of service to accommodate more efficient route and/or weather issues. In case of bad weather or public holiday, the service will be scheduled on the next available business day. Finally, your contract should also clearly state a start and end date, the renewal process, and the adjustment of maintenance services in case of bad weather. A lawn care contract allows a client to enter into an agreement with a landscaper for commercial or private services for a fee. The landscaper will usually provide lawn mowing, roofing, pruning and any other maintenance requests from the client. Services are usually scheduled, especially for business customers, with the customer paying a recurring weekly or monthly amount. Payments not received by the 15th of each month of service may be subject to a late payment fee. Winkler`s Lawn Care & Landscape reserves the right to charge a 5% late payment fee, suspend the Service or, upon written notice, cancel the Service for any account where the balance is unpaid.

If the service is interrupted due to a pending balance, the account must be updated before restoring the service. If additional work is required to bring the property back to an acceptable level where services can be provided on a regular basis, an additional fee will be charged. In the event of default, The Client agrees to reimburse Winkler`s Lawn Care & Landscape, LLC for all administrative, collection, attorney, registration and/or legal costs. The customer further agrees to pay a fee of $35.00 for each cheque returned by the bank for all reasons. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days` written notice prior to the date of termination. This Agreement is binding on the parties and their successors, legal representatives and assigns. Landscape conservation can mean a lot; Your contract should clearly describe what it means specifically for your property. Pay attention to the following: Winkler`s Lawn Care, LLC is not responsible for damage to fences, deck supports, foundations or siding of homes, downspouts, walkways, driveways, landscaped areas, plants, trees or other obstacles 0-6 inches from the ground where cuts or edges are made. These areas resist normal wear and tear by constantly turning the cutting or edge heads. If you do not want the trimming or bordering to be done, please indicate this.

When the grass is high, it is impossible to see all the obstacles that are in the way of our equipment. Winkler`s Lawn Care & Landscape, LLC is not responsible for damage to hidden obstacles. It is the customer`s responsibility to monitor the area for such obstacles before providing services. To ensure that these problems do not occur, we recommend that you regularly check the areas maintained by our equipment for pipes, sprinkler systems/appliances, garden furniture, children`s or pet toys, garbage and excessive limbs or tree remains. In addition, Winkler`s Lawn Care & Landscape is not responsible for closing doors/fences on your property. It is the customer`s responsibility to check all doors/fences before releasing children and/or pets into a fenced garden. Note that commercial landscaping contracts are usually performance-based and do not depend on a specific number of working hours. This is because your property probably needs more services during active growing seasons – such as spring and summer – than during the colder months.

However, don`t hesitate to ask your landscape partner for more details if something goes wrong. You need to make sure that the plan described will help you achieve the desired results. Once we have signed up for our lawn care itinerary, we offer continuous service from week to week and year to year, unless we are notified of a change. It is the customer`s responsibility to inform Winkler`s Lawn Care & Landscape at least 24 hours before the normal service date if a change to the usual service is required. If no notification is received and the property cannot be maintained, the customer will be charged as usual. If regular maintenance cannot be performed due to site conditions not provided for by Winkler`s Lawn Care & Landscape (e.g. B pets/people in the service area, unusually wet/dry conditions, locked doors, running irrigation system, etc.), resulting in additional trips to your property to complete the services, you may be entitled to a minimum fee for the , even if no service is provided. No two landscaping contracts are the same – so how do you know your contract is right for you? Use the Five Ws as a guide.

The famous « Who, What, Where, When and Why » method is also a useful tool for assessing whether a landscaping contract serves you and your landscaper well. Just like negotiating a snow and ice removal contract, it`s important to know what to ask for during the process. Let`s break it down: In this agreement, a lawn service provider commits to providing lawn mowing services to a company or individual. The lawn service provider is not an employee of the company or person who. Finally, the benefits of all the services recommended by your landscaping provider should be clear. Create the conditions for an excellent partnership with clear communication. If you have any doubts about any aspect of your landscaping plan, now is the time to speak up. Communication is the basis of a good relationship, including with your landscape partner. Weeding and trimming/spraying cracks, curbs and seams in fortified surfaces or fence lines is NOT included in your regular lawn care service.

Please contact our office to learn more about these additional services. Some landscaping contracts may also include the following services: Similarly, if certain areas require additional attention or exceptional demands, these must also be described in detail. Although you have discussed these points in detail with your landscaping provider and are sure that everyone is on the same page, it is recommended – and protects all parties – to record it in writing. A landscaper is a person who has been hired as a caretaker of a lawn or garden for a fee. The main goal is to provide an aesthetic appearance that matches the landscape and surrounding areas. A landscaper must work where and when, as defined in his client`s schedule. Lawn maintenance is carried out in such a way that, when mowing all lawns, no more than 1/3 of the leaves per occurrence are removed weekly or as needed. Mower blades are always sharp to get a high-quality cut.

The mowing height is maintained between 3 1/4″ and 4 1/4″. Mowing models are used alternately to avoid damage to the lawn. Cuttings are left on the lawn as long as there are no clearly visible lumps left on the surface of the grass 36 hours after mowing. Otherwise, large pieces of cuttings are dispensed by mechanical blowing or collected and removed by Winkler`s Lawn Care, LLC. Additional fees apply for disposal fees. Tree rings and planting beds, as well as all buildings, walkways, fences, walkways, parking lots and other grass-lined surfaces are pruned each time mowed and lined (every two weeks) as needed. Areas that are not safe for the operation of the mower are cut off. Cut materials from sidewalks, curbs and pavements are blown immediately after mowing and/or edges using a mechanical fan. .
